RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order from us, however if for whatever reason that is not the case, we are more than happy to offer a refund or allow you to exchange your goods for something else.
Please return the items within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Before asking for a refund or exchange, please email us at email@example.com to notify us. In order to claim a refund or to be able to exchange your goods, the returned goods must be in the same condition in which you received them. They must be in their original packaging, with all the necessary labels and tags attached, and they must not be damaged. If the package has been opened more than necessary or used more reasonably than expected, we may deduct a certain amount from your refund to account for this.
You are responsible for your own postage costs, so please choose the delivery service wisely and please obtain a proof of postage. You return the goods at your own risk until we receive them. We will not be liable to you or any third party in case of any loss or damage.
If your return is approved and received in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund and the applicable refund will be credited to your original account within 14 days from the day we receive your return.
